Construction on this residence, started in the late 1800s and was later finished in 1922 by Luigi Marinello.  Luigi was a finishing carpenter who's craftsmanship can be found throughout Europe.

The residence was originally erected by Luigi's grandfather but never finished.  Luigi completed this residence for his family and a thriving automated knitting business that his wife had.  Due to the large size of the estate, it was often used as overflow for the local hotels.

Today the property has been converted into a boutique B&B that can host single requests to group requests.

  • Three main levels.
  • One attic level with lots of charactier.
  • Able to accomodate large groups of eight.
